Why do I need an Escrow?

Escrow gives you piece of mind, it gives you assurance. We the escrow are a neutral third party that ensures money does not change hands until the provisions of the contract or obligations are met. You want the assurance that no funds or property will change hands until all of the instructions in the transaction have been followed. The escrow holder safeguards the funds and/or documents. Once the contracts are complete and obligations are met the escrow holder will disburse funds and convey title. Escrow protects both the buyer and the seller.
